QPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar is weighing up his next move.
The Brazilian has returned to the Rs after ending his loan with MLS club Toronto FC and TMW says the Londoners are pushing him to renew his contract.
Toronto FC are also in contact about extending his loan into the 2015 season.
Julio Cesar has been linked with Cagliari, but favours a return to Canada with Toronto FC.
The goalkeeper, should he stay with QPR, would be acting as only a backup for Robert Green.
