Jose Bordalas has agreed a new contract with Getafe.

The coach has signed a new deal to 2025 with the Madrid club.

Bordalas has been convinced to stay after guiding Getafe away from the dropzone having returned after the sacking of Quique Sanchez Flores.

Bordalas had cast doubt on staying only last week before yesterday's news.

He returned to Getafe this year, having left in 2021 to take charge of Valencia.
