Wilfried Bony is confident that Yaya Toure will assist in him becoming an even better player at Manchester City.
The 26-year old striker completed his £28million move from Swansea City to the reigning Premier League champions on Wednesday and is looking forward to adding to his already impressive tally alongside fellow Ivory Coast international Toure.
"The Premier League is a tough league - my power is to always be in the box and in the right position. I'm always working hard to be there to score the goals and to improve," Bony, who has netted 26 goals in 54 league appearances for the Swans, told City's official website.
"I speak with Yaya every day on international duty and I think he will help me to become a better player and a more clinical striker.
"I'll be playing with great players here at City and this is an opportunity for me to work hard and to take my chance."
Bony, who penned a four-and-a-half-year deal with City, and Toure are currently away with the Ivorian team preparing for the 2015 African Cup of Nations which kicks off on Saturday in Equatorial Guinea.
Ivory Coast have been drawn in Group D where they will meet Guinea (January 20), Mali (January 24) and Cameroon (January 28).
