Ivan Perisic is set to leave Tottenham this summer.

The veteran midfielder joined Spurs a year ago from Inter Milan, eager to work with then manager Antonio Conte.

However, Perisic is now eyeing a move away.

CBS Sports says the Croatia international is fielding interest from Turkey and the Middle East.

Perisic has also been linked with a return to the Nerazzurri.
