Italy coach Roberto Mancini was pleased with their 6-0 rout of Moldova.
Sassuolo striker Francesco Caputo struck, along with a Stephan El Shaarawy brace, Bryan Cristante, Domenico Berardi's first for the Azzurri and an own goal.
“We had a few difficulties in the first 15 minutes, which was to be expected considering the number of new faces, but then did well.
“It's a positive note that we had so many changes and yet maintained the same mentality," Mancini told RAI Sport.
"Having said that, we have plenty of strikers who are doing well, so it depends on what they do for the rest of the season."
