The Italian Football Federation (FIGC) is set to discuss the likelihood they will lose national team manager Antonio Conte to Chelsea this summer at their next board meeting.
Conte has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in recent weeks and The Guardian is reporting he informed Italian Football Federation president Carlo Tavecchio he will not be extending his contract with the Azzuri at the conclusion of Euro2016.
Tuesday's board meeting is likely to confirm Conte will be leaving his post as Italy manager, further fuelling speculation he will join the Blues.
Chelsea have reportedly offered the 46-year-old a three-year-deal worth £14million.
