Inter Milan GM Beppe Marotta has congratulated Andrea Pirlo over his Juventus coaching appointment.
Pirlo stepped in on Saturday after the sacking of Maurizio Sarri.
Marotta worked with Pirlo at Juve and declared the move "courageous".
He said: “I worked with him as a player, so I'm glad for him.
"It's a courageous choice and I wish him luck."
