Inter Milan coach Luciano Spalletti admits they have major injury concerns facing PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League next week.
Spalletti was speaking after defeat at Juventus.
He said, “(Radja) Nainggolan will not recover in time for Tuesday. I left Vecino on the bench today because he had a muscular issue in the quadricep and could not play this evening.
“We'll see if he can recover for Tuesday, but the doctor said that by leaving him to rest, it's possible he'll recuperate.
“Considering Roberto Gagliardini and Joao Mario are not on the Champions League squad list, I had to leave Borja Valero out and then rest Matteo Politano for the second half to ensure they would be sharp for Tuesday."
