Chelsea could lose Cesc Fabregas as a free agent in January.
With his current contract expiring in June, Fabregas will free to chat with foreign clubs on June 1.
It is believed both Inter Milan and AC Milan are desperate to sign the 2010 World Cup winner.
Fabregas, who has also played with Barcelona and Arsenal, is expected to find it hard to break into Maurizio Sarri's starting line-up given the Italian has plenty of midfield options.
