Mattia Destro's future with AC Milan is already in doubt.

The AS Roma striker arrived in January on-loan and has impressed, when called upon by coach Pippo Inzaghi.

However, Calciomercato.com says a permanent deal is no guarantee.

Milan and Roma have agreed a €15 million option for Destro, but the Rossoneri are not obligated to take up the deal.

Should Inzaghi remain as coach, then Destro could be moved on, with the former unsure about his value to the team.

Inter Milan are monitoring developments closely.
