Liverpool are watching Borussia Dortmund youngsters Erling Haaland and Gio Reyna.

That's according to Bundesliga pundit and former Middlesbrough striker Jan Aage Fjortoft.

He commented to Empire of the Kop: "I think they are paying special attention to Dortmund.

"The American Gio Reyna – and of course – Erling Haaland. And then there is Alphonso Davies at Bayern, but he is obviously unattainable."

Reyna is the son of former Manchester City and Sunderland midfielder Claudio Reyna.

Meanwhile, Haaland joined BVB in January from RB Salzburg, which now boasts Sadio Mane, Takumi Minamino and Naby Keita as former players at Liverpool.
