Barcelona are watching the progress of Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino.

Indeed, Barca insiders believe the Brazil international would find it difficult to turn them down should an approach be made.

Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda, on El Chiringuito de Jugones, announced this week that Barca were planning to sell former Reds striker Luis Suarez this summer.

And during the discussion, Firmino was mentioned as a potential replacement.

Indeed, former Barca player Lobo Carrasco revealed: "Roberto Firmino is very fond of Barça."

While Barca's focus is on signing Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann this summer, Firmino will emerge as an alternative should the Frenchman choose to stay at the Metropolitano.
