Insider: Angry Ole wants Man Utd to sell Pogba immediately

An angry Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is prepared to see Paul Pogba sold by Manchester United.

That's according to Sky Italia's Massimo Marianella, who covers the Premier League for the Italian TV channel.

Marianella, quoted by TMW from Tuttosport, also believes a return to Juventus is emerging as the best option for Pogba after the comments of his agent Mino Raiola last week.

Before defeat at RB Leipzig and elimination from the Champions League, Raiola had declared Pogba's time with United was coming to an end - just the previous day.

Marianella says the comments have left United manager Solskjaer furious and willing to see France international Pogba now sold.

He revealed: "Solskjaer was very angry at (agent Mino) Raiola's words.

"I am convinced that United will not wait until the summer to give him away and if they have the opportunity to give him away already in January, losing as little as possible they will do it."

And Marianella is adamant Juve are looking like the best option for Pogba. The Frenchman was ferried away from United by Raiola to Juve in 2012, where he spent four trophy laden years with the Bianconeri before returning to Old Trafford in 2016.

Marianella added: "Juventus is a real opportunity, it is clear that Pogba with the black and white shirt has a particular feeling."
