Independiente della Valle director Santiago Morales says Chelsea have landed a bargain in Kendry Paez.

The 16 year-old attacker will move to Chelsea when he turns 18.

Independiente ar said to have sold Paez to Chelsea for £17.5m.

"Because of what the country is experiencing, I would not dare to give the amounts for the transfer of Kendry Paez to Chelsea," Morales told Mach Deportes.

"But it is not the $20 million that is being talked about, it's a smaller amount."
