Manchester City youngster Liam Delap is back at the club after a lengthy absence.

Delap, who was once highly rated but has drifted into the periphery, sustained a knee injury in January.

He was spotted in a “day in the life" video that City published on young star Micah Hamilton.

Hull manager Liam Rosenior, where Delap is on loan, stated this week: "We've decided with Manchester City because of their facilities, because of what they can give him.

“They'll rehab him to a point where he can come back to full training, so once he's back with us he's fully fit.

“I think that's right for him and when that happens it's going to be like a new player. He's been a big miss for us."
