Barcelona president Sandro Rosell has been given five days to produce all documentation for Neymar's purchase from Santos.
Marca reports this was High Court judge, Pablo Ruz's ruling.
Once the judge has the necessary information on his desk, he will decide whether or not to accept the lawsuit presented by Barcelona member Jordi Casas.
Casas started proceedings when he filed a lawsuit against the club's president for misappropriation of funds in signing Neymar.
