Henderson happy for another England penalty

Jordan Henderson knows that he owes his teammate Jordan Pickford for a long time.

When Henderson missed his penalty against Colombia, he was worried it would cost England the game.

But Colombia missed a penalty and then Pickford saved from Carlos Bacca. Eric Dier won the shootout for England.

Henderson will not shy away from taking a penalty in the quarter final or beyond, should be be called on to do so.

"I can hardly remember it," he said. "Maybe it was a good height for the keeper if anything, it needed to be higher or lower but in penalties you can miss or there can be a good save. Thankfully the lads dug me out." Henderson said to the Liverpool Echo.

"It wouldn't put me off but it might put Gareth off! I'd take another one but obviously it's down to the manager and I would understand if he chose someone else."
