SC Heerenveen are in talks with Chelsea for Charlie Webster.

The midfielder is being lined up for a season-long loan by the Dutch outfit.

Leeuwarder Courant says the 19 year-old attracted interest from PSV and Borussia Dortmund before signing a new deal earlier this season.

Heerenveen wish to take Webster on-loan for the season and can offer him regular first team football as they face losing several senior midfielders this summer.

The move is being driven by Heerenveen scouting chief Kenneth Zandvliet, who left his scout's role with Chelsea this year.
