Heerenveen striker Bas Dost is still waiting for an offer from a decent club in either England or Italy according to his agent.

The 23-year old Dutchman topped the Eredivisie's scoring list with 32 goals last season and has attracted plenty of interest from around Europe but is looking to join a big club after recently turning down Aston Villa.

"Many clubs like Dost. There is a lot of appreciation for the boy but it is too early to mention names," agent Carmine Coviello told Tuttomercatoweb.

"Heerenveen are asking for €10-12million for him. His price has increased after a sensation season in the Eredivisie.

"He is wanted in the English market, having recently said no to Aston Villa.

"There are also requests in Germany, but Dost is waiting for an important offer from Italy or England."
