Former Bayern Munich midfielder Owen Hargreaves has questioned Chelsea's deal for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Christian Pulisic.

Hudson-Odoi produced another fine goalscoring performance off the bench in their Europa League win over Dynamo Kiev on Thursday night.

"I love him (Hudson-Odoi). He's 18-years-old and every time he plays he impacts the game," Hargreaves said.

"But they have just spent £50m, £60m on Pulisic.

"There is no way he is a better player than Hudson-Odoi, not in a million years."
