Hannover chief Dirk Dufner says they're ready to sell Didier Ya Konan.

The striker has been linked with Everton and Swansea City in recent days.

Ya Konan has joined the Ivory Coast World Cup squad in the USA and Dufner said: "We told him that we are working hard at other solutions and it could be too late for him.

"He must know the risk that we'll turn to different solutions."

The 29 year-old's contract expires next month.
