Hannover are competing with Crystal Palace for PSV Eindhoven striker Luuk de Jong.
Palace boss Frank de Boer is eager to bring De Jong back to England this month after a previously difficult spell with Newcastle United.
However, Hannover are also in the market for a new striker and are keen on De Jong, who is a former Borussia Monchengladbach player.
The Holland international has been with PSV since 2014.
