Sead Haksabanovic has admitted frustration at West Ham.
The young Swedish attacker is now on-loan at IFK Norrkoping.
He told Fotbollskanalen: "I have learned a lot but I have been a little unhappy. Slave Bilic took me but got fired. So (David) Moyes came in and he knows nothing about me. He runs on those he knows. Then when I moved to Spain it was the sports manager who wanted me, not the coach.
"The same thing there: The coach there knew nothing about me so when I got there it was like coming to a whole new law where nobody knew me, only the sports manager. You had to work from scratch right away.
"I talked a little with (Manuel) Pellegrini and then he said he wants to see me play and that after that he can see if I can take a seat in the squad. He thought I was too good to sit on the bench and play in the U23 team in England.
"They want to see me play football and then we take it from there."
