Hajduk Split have reached terms with Tottenham veteran Ivan Perisic.

TMW says the agreement could be announced sometime today. The midfielder's deal with Spurs expires in June.

Perisic is recovering from a knee injury and there is a confidence he can soon make a playing return.

Hajduk Split is Perisic's formative club and his big goal is to be available again by the end of May and make Croatia's squad for Euro 2024.

The tournament will mark the veteran's last of his playing career.
