The father of Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has taken a swipe at a rival this week.
Alfie Haaland, a former City player during his days as a footballer, has poked fun at Arsenal after they won the Community Shield.
The Gunners beat City on penalties after a largely uneventful 1-1 draw at Wembley on Sunday.
The senior Haaland was quoting a Twitter post from @TrollFootball, which referenced his son drawing a blank in both Community Shield games last season and this term.
The tweet read: "Premier League fans after seeing Haaland had a stinker in the Community Shield game but then remember he did the same last season."
Alfie wrote in addition to quoting the above tweet: "Well done Arsenal, great win. You must be favourites for the league now."
