Kelechi Iheanacho has spoken glowingly of new Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola.
The Spaniard has made a positive impact since taking the reins at the Etihad Stadium earlier this summer and one player who is benefitting is young striker Iheanacho.
The 19-year-old Nigerian impressed under Manuel Pellegrini last term and is feeling like what Guardiola has brought with him will only serve him well.
"Guardiola is a good manager, everyone knows that," he told Sky Sports.
"He's bringing fresh thoughts and his own style. Everything is different and everyone is adapting to what he's teaching us.
"We need to understand what he's telling us and what he wants to bring to the team."
Regarding his own role at City, whether or not he'll again be playing second fiddle to Sergio Aguero, the promising forward added: "I don't know yet.
"When we start the season, we'll find out what the coach is going to bring to the team."
