Jack Grealish is chasing a new deal at Aston Villa.
Grealish is set for contract talks at Villa this summer, says the Birmingham Mail.
The 18-year-old winger is entering the final year of his contract and is keen to sign a longer agreement with his boyhood club.
With Grealish's reputation growing following an impressive temporary spell at Notts County last season, Villa also want his signature secured on a deal beyond next summer.
Fellow Bodymoor Heath academy graduate, defender Janoi Donacien, is also in negotiations about a longer deal with his current contract expiring this month.
