Getafe midfielder Faycal Fajr has questioned where Barcelona would be without Lionel Messi.

Fajr admits he'd like to see Messi leave Barca just to follow how they would cope without the Argentine.

He told El Mundo Deportivo: "How would Barça be without Lionel Messi? Would the same club be there today? That is what I would like to know.

"But this is a difficult question. I would like to see Barcelona without Messi. But I do not think that will happen. He's very good here, and I do not think he'll leave. But I would like to see the club without him.

"You must have respect for this club where there are many other good players. But this is the question everyone is asking: to see Barça without Messi. But do not forget that beside him, you have Luis Suarez, Sergio Busquets, Javier Mascherano."
