Genoa striker Luca Toni says there's too many foreigners in Serie A.

Former Bayern Munich centre-forward Toni has returned to Serie A after his six-month spell at AS Roma and analyses why more young talent isn't breaking through.

"The problem is not the older generation, but too many foreigners in the league," said the 33-year-old.

"Young Italians are often dropped after the first mistake, whereas that doesn't happen when they are foreign."
