Genoa coach Andriy Shevchenko says Jose Mourinho has his total respect.

Shevchenko will debut as Genoa coach against Mourinho's Roma today.

"The winning mentality, charisma and professionalism," was Shevchenko's reply to a question about Mourinho's qualities.
