Fulham are entering the final stages of an £18 million move for Ajax defender Calvin Bassey.

The former Celtic centre back, who only joined the Dutch club a year ago, is on the move again.

Per The Telegraph, Bassey has agreed personal terms with the Cottagers on a multi-year deal.

Fulham are focusing on signing one new senior centtr back for manager Marco Silva.

While they were also training other players, they are now set to focus on finalizing the Bassey deal.

That means interest in Southampton defender Mohammed Salisu is likely to cool off.
