Fulham are eyeing a summer swoop for Brentford star Toumani Diagouraga.

Reports suggest that the Cottagers are big admirers of the French-Malian midfielder who was voted Brentford's Player of the Year by the fans.

Diagouraga is contracted with the Bees until the summer of 2017 but that will not stop Fulham from potentially making a bid in the summer transfer window as they look for strength in the defensive midfield position.

The former Watford man had a stellar campaign as the London club made it to the Championship play-off semi-finals, making over 40 appearances for Mark Warburton's side.
