Kostas Mitroglou joined ChampionshipFulham for a club record fee of £12m in January last year but failed to make an impact in English football and is now in talks with Fenerbahce about a permanent transfer.
The 27-year-old, who scored 19 goals for Olympiakos, has attracted the attention of Fenerbahce.
His agent Panagiotis Galariotis said: "For some time Fenerbahce and Fulham are in negotiations about Kostas. Everyone knows.
"The claim that Kostas does not want to go to Istanbul is not true. He is a professional and Istanbul is a beautiful city. The chances are 50-50. The point is to for the two clubs to strike a deal."
