FC Twente are keen to re-sign Fulham midfielder Chris David.
The young Dutchman left Twente two years ago to join Fulham when Martin Jol was in charge.
But with Fulham now in the Championship and David struggling to find a place in Kit Symons' plans, a return to the Eredivisie is being mooted.
David has held talks with Twente, but is also in contact with SC Cambuur, FC Dordrecht and Go Ahead Eagles.
Fulham are expected to grant him a free transfer if he can find a new club.
