Manchester United fullback Timothy Fosu-Mensah has avoided surgery at loan club Fulham.

Football.London says Fosu-Mensah doesn't require surgery after dislocating his shoulder in Fulham's 3-0 loss to Everton last weekend.

The Manchester United loanee was given oxygen as he was stretchered off in the opening seven minutes at Goodison Park after landing awkwardly on his shoulder after a challenge and was taken to hospital as a precaution.

The good news for Fulham is that the 20-year-old doesn't require surgery, but the bad news is that he will be out for a number of weeks as he starts his recovery from the injury.
