Fulham are ready to open talks with Leeds United for Daniel James.

The Wales winger has spent this season on-loan at Craven Cottage.

He has found it difficult to secure a regular place - in total he has three goals and one assist in 20 appearances, with six starts.

But despite that, Football Insider reports Fulham want to sign permanently James this summer.

The parties will shortly begin discussions and Leeds are expected to be open to selling.
