Fulham are closing on Fluminense midfielder Andre Trindade.

Andre is ready to leave Flu in January after helping them win the Copa Libertadores last week.

Liverpool failed with a £25m offer for the youngster over the summer.

And now Fulham are closing on an agreement with Flu, says The Sun.

The Cottagers have had a delegation in South America to try and line up a deal for the Fluminense midfielder.

Andre is being lined up by Fulham to replace Joao Palhinha, who remains a target for Bayern Munich.
