Fulham captain Tom Cairney insists victory over Wolves was deserved on Monday night.
Three penalties were given in the game with Fulham's Willian converting a 94th minute spotkick for the winner.
Cairney said, "The gameplan was to play well from 0-0, we always play well from behind. The first goal was key, we've gone behind far too often so to go 1-0 up gives you that little energy and extra legs.
"The win was massive, They brought it back twice. They are a good team and they brought it back but I felt we had an extra bit tonight."
On whether he is going to be pushing to start regularly, he stated: "This is football, you have to stay professional and bide your time and that's what I am going to do."
On his penalty won after a foul on Nelson Semedo, Cairney added: "I was controlling it quick and I got there and I have moved the ball and he has hit my ankle. At that pace it takes you down and I think it was a penalty."
