Fulham boss Silva: We tried to settle Adarabioyo deal two years ago

Fulham manager Marco Silva insists he is not concerned about defender Tosin Adarabioyo.

There has been speculation that the 26-year-old might leave in January, as his contract is expiring.

Adarabioyo will be out of contract in the summer, which means the winter is Fulham's last chance to cash in on his signature.

"I tried to sort it [his contract] out two years ago", said Silva, who is preparing for a Premier League clash with Newcastle United.

"Last season I did the same — and I did the same at the beginning of this season. He's a really good central defender. It's something that the club tried. They are probably still trying now.

"I'm not worried. I'm enjoying working with my players, and if they are available for me, I'm trying to get the best out of them."
