Fulham manager Claudio Ranieri insists that his team have to fight for every point if they want to stay in the Premier League.

The Craven Cottage club is struggling to remain in the Premier League, as they are well adrift of safety.

They must make up an eight point gap in 12 games, but Ranieri still has hope for the team.

"We have to fight. Every match for us is very important to survive,"he said to reporters.

"I hope we can show a very good performance and at the end get points.

"It's difficult because they have very good players and they are very calm. For us it's important to show our strength. The destiny is there and I want to see my players to make their destiny with their arms.

"They start (the season) with difficulties because when you change manager it's normal. There are so many good players that can change the match and we have to concentrate during the whole match."
