Fulham boss Scott Parker was happy for Fabio Carvalho after he scored in defeat to Southampton.
It was Fulham's first goal from open play since Aleksandar Mitrovic's opener in the 3-1 defeat at Aston Villa at the beginning of April, with only a Josh Maja penalty at Arsenal to show in the four games since.
"Fabio showed his quality today - he's young and he's come into this team because we've been in search of goals," Cottagers boss Parker told BBC Sport.
"He's scored the goal and put in a very good performance.
"He was a massive bright spark today."
