Frosinone closing Huijsen deal with Juventus 'ahead of Newcastle, Sassuolo'

Frosinone are moving for Juventus defender Dean Huijsen.

The Dutch youngster is a January loan target for Frosinone.

Sky Italia's Gianluca di Marzio is reporting: "Frosinone is increasingly close to closing the loan of Huijsen, defender born in 2005 for Juventus. On the centre there were also four other clubs from Serie A (Sassuolo, Salernitana, Verona and Empoli) but also several teams from abroad: Granada, Young Boys and Newcastle.

"However, few details are missing to close yet another loan between the two clubs. The young Dutchman, in fact, will find Soulé, Kaio Jorge and Barrenechea in the yellow and blue. The two teams will try to close things out after the next championship match in which they will face each other, scheduled for Saturday 23 December at 12.30pm.

"We will then wait for the start of the market to formalise the operation. Huijsen made his debut for the Juventus first team late in the match against Milan at San Siro this season. Having arrived from the Malaga youth team in 2021, he has played with both the Juventus Primavera and the Next Gen."
