Holders Chelsea will host Leicester in the fourth round of the Carling Cup, while Robbie Fowler's Cardiff travel to his former club Liverpool.

Ten of the 16 clubs left were from the top-flight, but the draw has thrown-up just two all-Premier League ties and there is now a realistic proposition that the quarter-finals will be an all Premier League affair.

The two all-Premier ties see Manchester City travel to Bolton, and Portsmouth host Blackburn.

The only team from outside the top two divisions still left in the tournament, Luton, have been handed a home tie with Everton.> The Carling Cup fourth-round draw:
