Former Watford, Brighton boss Oscar Garcia keen to replace Pulis at West Brom

Former Brighton boss Oscar Garcia is reportedly keen on replacing Tony Pulis as manager of West Brom.

44-year-old Garcia is currently without a job after having left Saint-Etienne last week.

Gary Megson is currently in temporary charge of the Baggies and Sam Allardyce and Alan Pardew meanwhile have been linked with the job on a full-time basis.

Garcia previously served as manager of Brighton and lead the Seagulls to the Sky Bet Championship playoffs before leaving the club to join Watford where he only lasted 27 days before leaving after suffering from ill-health.

Garcia left Saint-Etienne last week with the club sitting in sixth position on the Ligue 1 standings and 14 points adrift of leaders PSG.

He won the Austrian Bundesliga twice and won two Austrian Cups during his two years with Red Bull Salzburg.
