Swansea have taken goalkeeper Yves Makabu-Makalambay on trial for a week. The 24-year-old shot-stopper is looking for a new club after being released by SPL outfit Hibernian in the summer after three years.
Makabu-Makalambay was on the books at Chelsea as a youngster but did not make one first-team appearance for the Blues during four years at Stamford Bridge.
However, he played 64 times for Hibs and the DR Congo international, who was born in Belgium, now has the chance to prove his worth at the Liberty Stadium.
