Food, Glorious Food for Melbourne City

Melbourne City have forged a new sponsorship deal with food manufacturer Don Smallgoods, reports, www.sportspromedia.com/.

The three-year deal signed between the Hyundai A-League club and the George Weston Foods-owned company will see Don Smallgoods branding feature on the sleeves of Melbourne City's men's and women's matchday shirts.

Don Smallgoods joins current Melbourne City partners Etihad Airways, Nissan and Hostels on the team's kits.

"Don is proud of its Melbourne heritage," said the managing director of Don Smallgoods, Paul Mealor.

"As football continues to maintain its position as the most popular sport in the country, with growing participation rates across both males and females, it's timely to be formalising a union that's been in the making for some time."
