Fiorentina president Rocco Commisso drew positives from their 4-3 defeat at Inter Milan.
The visitors were 3-2 up at the 86th minute, but conceded two goals to lose 4-3 at San Siro.
“This is football. You win, you lose, all in minutes, or seconds," Commisso told DAZN.
“I said this morning Inter are probably the best squad in Italy, we are young and I think we're stronger than last season, but we're still learning. A draw would've been fair, as we were leading twice and didn't kill off the match."
On Franck Ribery's performance, he added: “Ribery was phenomenal, Federico Chiesa hurt himself and also had to come off, but these things happen. We lost the first two games of last season, drew at Juventus and I think we didn't win until Week 5. So it's already an improvement and we'll make ourselves heard in Serie A this season."
