Fiorentina coach Italiano talks up Prem move and De Zerbi: I'm learning English

Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Italiano admits he has an eye on a Premier League move.

Italiano says he's been impressed by Roberto de Zerbi's work at Brighton.

He said, "He's a great coach. Extraordinary philosophy and amazing ideas.

"He's doing very well in England. I have to tell the truth, I'm also improving my English. Also to have a direct relationship with the foreign kids. And then we'll see in the future."

Italiano also said: "I remember the whole journey. I felt good wherever I went. I managed to have great relationships with everyone. These were years to remember. In some cases the results were historic: see the first promotion in La Spezia, the first salvation. Then also in Trapani with the promotion in Serie B, where there were many corporate problems but I found a cohesive group.

"Finally, I landed in Florence where in these two and a half years we achieved great results: those two finals come to mind. It's a shame we weren't able to raise a trophy. Every year I rolled up my sleeves and tried to bring my ideas. I always moved up the category so it wasn't easy. I can say I've done it all."
