Atletico Madrid fullback Filipe Luis is on the brink of signing for Chelsea. The Daily Star says Chelsea look to have wrapped up a £20m deal for Luis with the defender on his way to London for a medical.
Reports in Spain are claiming that the 28-year-old will soon be on his way to the UK to sign for the Blues.
Luis arrives as a direct replacement for Ashley Cole who confirmed his free transfer to Roma last week.
