Radamel Falcao is expected to get chance at Manchester United over Robin van Persie's latest injury.
Scans have revealed no major damage to the ankle Van Persie injured in United's 1-0 home defeat by Southampton last Sunday.
But the Dutchman is expected to miss the trip to QPR on Saturday which could allow Falcao the chance to prove a point and look to add to his three United goals. The on-loan Monaco striker, 28, was overlooked by manager Louis van Gaal and not even given a place in United's squad for the loss to the Saints, prompting suggestions from his agent, Jorge Mendes, that he may be on the look-out for another club next summer.
